6. Obligations of the parties

Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. Responsibility of the parties
In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:
Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.
Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. Procedure for consideration and resolution of disputes
All disputes arising between the Parties in the course of fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the terms of this Policy shall be settled through negotiations.
In case the Parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the location of the Operator with obligatory observance of the pre-trial (claim) procedure of dispute settlement. The term for consideration of the claim and response to the claim shall be 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the claim.
9. Additional terms and conditions
The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the majerdom.com website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
